DAIRY CREAM TRUFFLE SELECTIONS

The selections of Dairy Cream truffles sold on this site contain nuts and dairy products. They are made without Gluten-containing ingredients and are vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients: White Chocolate: Minimum cocoa 28%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 23% milk solids, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 53.8%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla.  Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 70%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Milk Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 21.8% milk solids, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Dairy cream,  butter (milk).

May also contain the following ingredients: natural plant flavours and oils, natural dried and freeze dried fruits, coconut, peanut butter, brazil nuts, pecan nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, coffee, alcohol, spices.

This product contains dairy cream. Store in a refrigerator and eat within 3 weeks of purchase.

VEGAN TRUFFLE SELECTIONS

The selections of VEGAN truffles sold on this site contain nuts. They are made without gluten, dairy or animal products.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 54%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla.  Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 70%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Coconut filling base.

May also contain the following ingredients: natural plant flavours and oils, dried and freeze dried fruits, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, walnut, coffee, alcohol.

Store in a refrigerator and eat within 2 weeks of purchase.

SUGAR FREE TRUFFLE SELECTIONS

The selections of Sugar Free truffles sold on this site contain nuts and dairy products. They are made with No-Added-Sugar Belgian Chocolate which is sweetened with Maltitol and are made without Gluten-containing ingredients. They are suitable for diabetic or low-sugar diets when taken into account as part of your dietary regime and are vegetarian friendly.  

Ingredients: White Chocolate: sweetener: maltitol (E965), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E332), natural vanilla. Dark Chocolate: Cocoa mass 45.9%, sweetener: maltitol (E965) 43.6%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E332), natural vanilla. Milk Chocolate: sweetener: maltitol (E965) 42%, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass 11.3%, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla.

Our long-life selection comprises our fondant creams, caramels, pralines, liqueuers and soft centre chocolates. Store at room temperature and eat within 9 months to enjoy at their best. Their ingredients are listed below:

FONDANT CREAMS

The selections of fondant creams sold on this site are made without Dairy products or nuts and without Gluten-containing ingredients. They are vegetarian friendly. Peppermint, Ginger and Lemon & Lime creams are also vegan friendly.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 70%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Fondant cream: sugar, water, glucose, natural plant flavour. Crystallised plant petals and leaves, crystallised stem ginger (ginger). Average shelf life 9 months.

COFFEE CREAMS

Ingredients: White Chocolate: Minimum cocoa 28%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 23% milk solids, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. LIQUEURS

Berry Gin Liqueurs are made without nuts or Gluten-containing ingredients and are vegetarian friendly.

Salted Caramel Vodka and Cherry & Kirsch Liqueurs are made without gluten-containing ingredients and are vegetarian friendly.

soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Fondant, caramel (dairy), vodka, kirsch, cherries. Average shelf life 12 months.

SOFT CENTRE CHOCOLATES

Ingredients: White Chocolate: Minimum cocoa 28%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 23% milk solids, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Milk Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 21.8% milk solids, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Dark Chocolate Minimum cocoa solids 53.8%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. 

Coconut & Rum, Blueberry & Lemon, Cherry & Marzipan, Rhubarb & Custard, Prosecco Truffles, are made from combinations of our 3 Belgian chocolates and contain dairy products. May also contain freeze dried fruits, marzipan (almonds), natural flavourings, alcohols. Average shelf life 9 months.

CARAMELS AND PRALINES

The selection boxes of caramels, pralines and creams sold on this site contain nuts and dairy products. They are made without Gluten-containing ingredients and are vegetarian friendly.

HAND-MADE BELGIAN CHOCOLATE BARS

Our bars are made with either  Belgian White Chocolate, Belgian Milk Chocolate, Belgian Dark 54% Cocoa Chocolate or Belgian Dark 70% Chocolate and sometimes a mixture of two or more of these!

Selections include no-added-sugar (suitable for diabetic or low sugar diets) and vegan, with some suitable for diabetic and vegan diets.

They may contain nuts and dairy products – please see individual bar descriptions in the online shop for allergen identification. Average shelf life 12 months.

STORAGE ADVICE

Chocolate should be stored in cool, shady, dry conditions away from strongly flavoured foods or strong external smells (for example paint fumes) as it absorbs these other flavours very easily.

Our Truffles should be stored in the refrigerator as they contain fresh ingredients, but keep away from any dampness and strongly flavoured foods also in the fridge. We recommend popping the box in a plastic bag in the fridge for best protection.

Chocolate Bars, Personalised Lollies and Place Names, creams, caramels, pralines and liqueurs are best stored at normal room temperature (between 5C and 18C). During hot weather keep in a cool place to preserve the appearance and texture of the chocolates - if using a refrigerator, place in a plastic bag or box to keep them away from the natural moisture in the fridge.
