- All our bespoke products are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.
- If you prefer a dairy-free option please let us know when you contact us, as this will influence the design and creation of your pieces.
- Many of our bespoke products are delicate and will require despatch by special courier to ensure their safe arrival with you.
- For very detailed bespoke sculptures and large special occasion orders we may offer a delivery and set-up service, at cost.
- To avoid disappointment, we advise you to contact us in good time before your occasion, so that we can book your order into our diary. If you’re planning a big event, don’t leave it too late.
- Because our bespoke products are designed and made individually the prices quoted here are an illustration only. We will provide an individual quote once we have discussed and agreed your requirements with you.
- For all bespoke items we require 50% deposit when you place the order with the balance payable before despatch or delivery.
